30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your customer account and navigate to My Orders, or contact our support team at
support@ecomy.com. - Select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund, store credit, or size/color exchange.
- Print your prepaid return shipping label and drop the parcel at your nearest courier drop-off point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your returned package, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
